UK: Hospitality company Rambler Group Holdings has acquired The Oaks Resort & Leisure Membership in Burnley for an undisclosed quantity.

The property, initially listed for presents round £1.8 million, was marketed by Colliers’ Motels group.

Relationship again to 1885, The Oaks Resort is a 51-bedroom interval property set inside 3.5 acres. It features a leisure membership, occasion and assembly areas, and the Quills restaurant.

Situated in Reedley, the resort overlooks Pendle Hill and is minutes from the M65, with transport hyperlinks to Manchester and Leeds.

Lavender Motels offered the property to launch capital for reinvestment in its remaining property. Rambler Group, based mostly domestically, plans to combine the resort into its Aura Motels portfolio.

Future funding plans embody visitor room refurbishment, growth of the leisure membership, new eating choices, and the launch of wellness providers.

Rambler Group intends to retain the property’s historic character whereas upgrading services.

Authorized and advisory help was offered by Harrison Drury for the vendor and Onecall Hospitality for the customer.
