ARLINGTON, Virginia—The U.S. resort business confirmed combined year-over-year efficiency outcomes, in line with August 2025 knowledge from CoStar.

U.S. Lodge Efficiency
July 2025
Share change from August 2024
Occupancy: 66.1 p.c (down 1.3 p.c)
ADR: $158.93 (up 0.3 p.c)
RevPAR: $105.06 (down 1.0 p.c)

Among the many Prime 25 Markets, New York Metropolis skilled the best occupancy stage (down 1.4 p.c to 86.0 p.c).

Seattle reported the second-largest occupancy stage (down 0.4 p.c to 82.2 p.c).

Markets with the bottom occupancy for the month included Phoenix, Arizona (55.0 p.c) and Houston, Texas (55.9 p.c), the latter affected by the elevated displacement demand interval that adopted Hurricane Beryl in 2024.

The Prime 25 Markets confirmed greater occupancy and ADR than all different markets.
