Mokas Coffee & Eatery to Open Six New Locations in Kansas City Metro

Mokas Espresso & Eatery has introduced a brand new franchise settlement to broaden its presence within the Kansas Metropolis metropolitan space. Entrepreneur Christian Coleman will lead the enlargement, having signed an settlement to open six new places throughout Johnson, Douglas, and Shawnee counties. The primary of those places is scheduled to open in Olathe, Kansas, in March 2026.

The enlargement marks Mokas Espresso & Eatery’s first franchise initiative as the corporate approaches its twentieth anniversary. Coleman, who has a background in hospitality and entrepreneurship, will oversee the event of the brand new places. His earlier expertise contains roles in skilled tennis and the founding of Midwest Restaurant Group.

The brand new franchise places will prioritize group engagement, with plans to collaborate with native faculties, sports activities leagues, and group organizations. Coleman has secured improvement rights for the Kansas Metropolis metro space, in addition to Lawrence and Topeka.

Mokas Espresso & Eatery presently operates 4 corporate-owned places in Salina, Colby, and Wichita, Kansas. The corporate can be growing three further places in Wichita and Hays, Kansas. The franchise enlargement is a part of Mokas’ technique to develop its model throughout the Midwest.

The corporate gives a menu that features in-house roasted espresso, smoothies, vitality drinks, pastries, breakfast and lunch wraps, sandwiches, soups, and salads. Mokas Espresso & Eatery is actively searching for further franchise companions because it continues to broaden its footprint.
