
Nobu Hospitality, in partnership with thirteenth Flooring Investments and Key Worldwide, has introduced the event of a 74-story residential tower named 619 Brickell in Miami’s Brickell district. The venture will embrace 300 residential models and 90,000 sq. toes of personal facilities. These facilities will characteristic a spa, a health middle, and a poolside café.
The event can even introduce Miami’s second Nobu restaurant, located on the bottom stage of the tower. The restaurant will characteristic a round design and supply water views. The primary Nobu restaurant in Miami is situated in Miami Seashore.
The architectural design of 619 Brickell is being dealt with by Foster + Companions, in collaboration with Sieger-Suarez Architects. The design goals to combine Nobu’s minimalist Japanese aesthetic with Miami’s city panorama. The venture emphasizes using pure supplies and expansive terraces.
