NEWPORT NEWS, Virginia—Mumford Company introduced the completion of an off-market transaction with the closing of the Savannah Suites Atlanta Airport. The property, in-built 2020, has 94 extended-stay visitor suites and is within the airport market.
Steve Kirby and Ed James, two of the agency’s managing principals, represented the vendor, an Atlanta-based actual property developer. The purchaser was an affiliate of Wichita, Kansas-based TGC Group. TGC Group is a multi-unit prolonged keep proprietor and operator with holdings throughout 19 states. The purchasers plan main renovations and can rebrand the lodge.
