PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania—Highline Hospitality Partners (HHP) introduced the acquisition of the Pittsburgh Marriott North resort. The transaction marks Highline’s seventeenth resort acquisition and its first funding in Pennsylvania.

Positioned within the Cranberry submarket, on the entrance to the Cranberry Woods Workplace Park and roughly 20 miles north of downtown Pittsburgh, the 298-room resort consists of roughly 12,000 sq. ft of versatile assembly area, together with a 7,500-square-foot ballroom. On-site facilities embody a full-service restaurant, a grab-and-go market, a Starbucks kiosk, an indoor pool, and a health heart. Highline has engaged Avion Hospitality to handle the resort, marking one other strategic partnership between the 2 corporations.

“We’re excited so as to add the Pittsburgh Marriott North to our portfolio and to increase our relationship with Avion,” stated Chuck Pomerantz, managing associate of Highline Hospitality Companions. “This institutionally owned, high-quality asset is a powerful addition given its strategic location in Cranberry Township and the various, steady demand mills that help the submarket. We consider the property is well-positioned to ship sturdy money circulation and long-term worth as we proceed increasing into new markets nationwide.”

Initially delivered in 2003, the resort has been institutionally owned and well-maintained, benefiting from significant capital funding lately. Whereas the property is in robust bodily situation and maintains a stable visitor service popularity, Highline plans to pursue focused renovations, primarily targeted on guestrooms, within the coming years.
