GREENVILLE, South Carolina—Highline Hospitality Partners introduced the acquisition of The Westin Poinsett in Greenville, South Carolina. The transaction marks Highline’s nineteenth lodge acquisition and its third acquisition in 2026. Highline has engaged HEI Resorts & Resorts to handle the lodge, marking the second strategic partnership between the 2 corporations.

Constructed in 1925 and included on the Nationwide Register of Historic Locations in addition to the Historic Resorts of America registry, the 11-story lodge accommodates 200 guestrooms, a full-service restaurant and foyer bar, a street-fronting espresso store, and almost 10,000 sq. toes of assembly house, together with two ballrooms.
