
Noble 33 will debut a Japanese steakhouse and an izakaya idea at Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills in 2027. The 2 ideas will occupy practically 12,000 sq. toes on the bottom flooring of the property at 9900 S. Santa Monica Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90212.
This challenge marks Noble 33’s first entry into Japanese-inspired eating, becoming a member of the group’s portfolio that features Toca Madera, Medüza Mediterranea, Sparrow Italia, and 1587 Prime. The Japanese steakhouse will deal with Japanese steak and sushi, whereas the sister izakaya idea will provide small plates and ramen.
The interiors can be designed by Noble 33’s in-house crew, led by Tosh Berman, and can characteristic conventional Japanese components corresponding to wooden paneling, coffered ceilings, a central bar, and an open sushi counter. Further design options will embody shoji screens, samurai armor, curated weapon shows, large-scale art work, and bespoke millwork.
Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills is developed by Nahla Capital and GPI Corporations. The restaurant will embody each public eating and personal areas.
