
AUSTIN, Texas—Hunter Advisors introduced the sale of the Aloft San Antonio Airport, a Marriott-branded, select-service resort situated in San Antonio, Texas. The client was Armada Investments LP, and the transaction was led by Kami Burnette, senior vp, and Mason McDavid, vp, at Hunter Advisors.
The Aloft San Antonio Airport contains 141 guestrooms and was in-built 2009. Located close to San Antonio Worldwide Airport, the property is positioned to seize demand pushed by ongoing infrastructure funding, together with the airport’s deliberate $2.5 billion growth.
