ATLANTA, Georgia—Hunter Hotel Advisors (Hunter) introduced the sale and financing of the 131-room Courtyard Memphis Collierville in Collierville, Tennessee. Southern Hospitality LLC offered the 2023-renovated lodge to a Texas-based investor on September 12, 2025. Hunter’s Tim Osborne, senior vice chairman, facilitated the transaction, with Adeel Amin, senior vice chairman of capital markets, securing an $8.7 million bridge mortgage on behalf of the customer.
The Courtyard Memphis Collierville is in Carriage Crossing, a retail middle with greater than 65 nationwide retailers, native retailers, and eating choices. The lodge is a five-minute drive from the FedEx World Expertise Middle, and it’s located seven minutes from the Mike Rose Soccer Complicated. The property can be inside 20 miles of Memphis, residence to FedEx World Headquarters, AutoZone Company Headquarters, Graceland, Beale Avenue, the Memphis Zoo, and the Memphis Music Corridor of Fame.

The four-story lodge contains 1,624 sq. toes of assembly area, an indoor pool, a health middle, and The Bistro, a full-service restaurant.
