Award-winning chef Bobby Flay is bringing French-inspired favorites to his new restaurant inside Caesars Palace. Brasserie B by Bobby Flay is accepting reservations starting January 2024 for brunch, lunch and dinner via OpenTable.

Brasserie B follows the great success of Amalfi by Bobby Flay and affords an intersection of French delicacies and Flay’s inventive touches. Guests can count on the sudden, as Flay places his signature twists on conventional frites, distinctive uncooked bar choices, a wide range of starters and entrees and desserts. Company can even get pleasure from a beverage program that includes traditional brasserie cocktails and martinis, France-focused wines by the glass, in addition to draft beer, bottled beer and cider.

“I’m thrilled to unleash my new restaurant, Brasserie B, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas,” stated Bobby Flay. “Designed with Parisian brasseries in thoughts, the delicacies will seem to hit many French classics with tons of the impactful, daring flavors I’ve develop into recognized for. Signature menu objects embody a wide range of grilled proteins served with house-made French fries. The Lobster avec Frites options lobster with roasted garlic and lemon butter, and the Ribeye Piquant avec Frites contains steak with spicy and candy glaze and chile butter. The lunch and brunch menu at Brasserie B showcases Flay’s tackle common dishes corresponding to Eggs Royale, a variation of eggs benedict with smoked salmon and lemon chive hollandaise.

Designed by Olivia Jane Design, the restaurant transports visitors from the guts of the Las Vegas Strip to a timeless brasserie in Paris. From the on line casino flooring, visitors are drawn to Brasserie B’s entrance by a neon signal curved alongside an exaggerated cornice and the nice and cozy inside lighting. The façade is paying homage to a Parisian storefront with a wealthy, burgundy plaster.

“Throughout our almost 20-year partnership with Bobby Flay, he has taken our visitors around the globe via his eating places – from the American Southwest to the Mediterranean,” stated Terrence O’Donnell, SVP and Common Supervisor of Caesars Palace. “Now, with Brasserie B, he introduces visitors to a distinct delicacies impressed by his travels in France. We’re excited to supply one other unbelievable eating vacation spot at our resort, particularly for brunch and lunch.”

Brasserie B options an L-shaped, 20-seat bar with weathered marble, fluted wooden and zinc accents. The lounge flows into the principle eating area, which features a showstopping uncooked bar with a lit cover that spills over the tables under. The intimate, 175-seat eating room options blown glass chandeliers, cane-backed cafe chairs and handmade subway tile. Burgundy banquettes line every of the areas, and outsized mirrors clad the partitions, amplifying the bustling power that fills the room. A set of folding bistro-style doorways bisect the area to create a personal eating room with an summary mural ceiling and illuminated wine shows.

Brasserie B by Bobby Flay is adjoining to Amalfi by Bobby Flay and Montecristo Cigar Bar inside Caesars Palace. The restaurant’s each day operation hours are 9 a.m. to three:30 p.m. for brunch and 4:30 to 10 p.m. for dinner.
