Chicken Salad Chick Expands Midwest Presence with Six New Franchise Agreements

Rooster Salad Chick has introduced the signing of six franchise agreements to develop its operations within the Midwest. The agreements will introduce the fast-casual restaurant idea to Michigan and Minnesota for the primary time, whereas additional establishing its presence in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, and Oklahoma.

The growth entails a number of franchise homeowners who will handle the brand new places. In Lafayette, Indiana, Caitlin and Michael Becker will oversee operations. The couple brings expertise from their present enterprise, McCord Candies, to the brand new enterprise. In Chicago, Illinois, Jesse Koontz and Toni Siprut, who’ve backgrounds within the franchise trade, will handle the brand new location.

In Kansas Metropolis, Kansas, Cindy Sulzman, Jo Anne Williams, and Kirk Williams will function the brand new franchise. The staff combines advertising, consulting, and monetary experience. Troy Morrison, who already manages 26 Rooster Salad Chick places, will develop his operations in Oklahoma Metropolis, Oklahoma, and Wichita, Kansas.

The growth into Michigan can be managed by Sarah and Keith McKae, with their first location deliberate for Northville, Novi, and Canton. In Lakeville, Minnesota, Mandy and Mike Boogerd will open the state’s first Rooster Salad Chick restaurant.

This growth comes because the foodservice trade anticipates reaching $1.5 trillion in gross sales by 2025. Rooster Salad Chick goals to capitalize on this development by coming into high-potential markets. The corporate has recognized key states, together with Pennsylvania, Ohio, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, and West Virginia, as areas for future growth.

In 2024, Rooster Salad Chick reported over $394.2 million in systemwide gross sales, marking a 38% enhance over 2021. The corporate has seen a 13% year-over-year enhance in unit rely and plans to proceed this development trajectory.
