UK: The luxury Georgian townhouse Eastbury Lodge in Sherborne, Dorset, has been offered by the de Savary household to the Keep Authentic Firm.

It marks the seventh boutique lodge to hitch the gathering.

The Eastbury will likely be refurbished in 2026 and relaunched with an all day meals and beverage supply together with a bakery. The lodge’s 26 bedrooms will even be up to date with new interiors and bogs.

Peter and Lana de Savary purchased the Eastbury Lodge in February 2018. It underwent a refurbishment and in 2019, 5 luxurious potting shed bedrooms and a spa have been added, all located throughout the walled backyard.

Lana de Savary mentioned: “Peter and I have been happy to accumulate the Eastbury Lodge in 2018 and delighted to spearhead the enhancement and creation of the spa and luxurious potting sheds; and to have shared this journey with our great group. I’m equally delighted to be passing this on to Rob and James at Keep Authentic Co.”

Matthew Smith, companion within the lodge company group of Knight Frank, acted on behalf of the vendor. 

Rob Greacen and James Brooke-Webb, administrators of Keep Authentic Firm, mentioned: “The de Savary household have taken care of the Eastbury fantastically and we’re delighted to accumulate this little jewel within the centre of Sherborne. The attractive gardens and stylish rooms are a pleasure to work with and we look ahead to relaunching the bar, restaurant and rooms subsequent yr.”

The Keep Authentic Firm portfolio contains seven boutique lodges and inns round South West England.
