GLENDALE, Arizona—NCG Hospitality has formally damaged floor on Moxy Glendale, a brand new five-story, 153-room lodge in Glendale, Arizona. The property joins NCG Hospitality’s present three-hotel Glendale campus and is slated to open in Summer time 2027. Moxy Glendale is being developed in partnership with Porter Brothers Building and PK Architects, with inside design by The Society.
“We’re thrilled to increase our Glendale presence with one other dynamic Moxy property,” stated Andy Inman, chief growth officer at NCG Hospitality. “This challenge represents our continued funding in creating vibrant locations that deliver individuals collectively by means of design, expertise, and neighborhood.”
In keeping with The Society, Moxy Glendale is envisioned as “a magical oasis nestled amid the breathtaking fantastic thing about the Sonoran Desert”, with contrasts of golden sand and deep blue skies. The design was impressed by saguaro cactus blossoms, and layered natural shapes and gritty textures join the house to its environment.
The property will embrace non-public cabana suites with poolside entry. The resort-style pool provides a walk-up bar with seating to accommodate people and enormous teams.
