AUSTIN, Texas—Hunter Hotel Advisors introduced the sale of the Greatest Western Bryan Faculty Station, a 100-room, five-story resort in Bryan, Texas. The property was offered by a California funding group to a person investor in a transaction led by Kami Burnette, senior vp from Hunter’s Austin workplace.

In-built 2009, the Greatest Western Premier Bryan is a select-service resort providing 4,000 sq. ft of assembly house, an outside pool, a health middle, and a enterprise middle. Located off Freeway 6, the property supplies easy accessibility to Texas A&M College, Submit Oak Mall, the Physicians Centre Hospital, and the Brazos County Expo Complicated. Additionally it is positioned close to Texas A&M’s RELLIS Campus and the George H.W. Bush Fight Improvement Complicated (BCDC), a hub attracting army, educational, and private-sector guests.

“The client plans to rebrand to a premium flag and reposition throughout the comp set to extend the resort’s penetration,” stated Kami Burnette, senior vp at Hunter Lodge Advisors. “Bryan–Faculty Station’s balanced mixture of college and leisure demand creates a strong basis for long-term progress and worth.”

With Texas A&M College, a thriving sports activities tourism scene, and a rising slate of occasions at venues like Legends Occasion Heart, the Bryan–Faculty Station market continues to ship sturdy seasonal resort efficiency.

With sturdy college demand and no lively resort building, Bryan–Faculty Station continues to draw buyers in search of high quality property in secondary regional markets
