SANTA MONICA, California—Frequent Thread Accommodations and its affiliate, PRG Funding & Administration, introduced the acquisition of Lodge Joaquin, a luxurious boutique resort in Laguna Seaside, California. This acquisition marks Frequent Thread’s tenth resort in its portfolio, along with an eleventh in pre-development in downtown Paso Robles.
