TAMPA, Florida—McKibbon Equities introduced the acquisition of SpringHill Suites Tampa Westshore Airport, marking the corporate’s fourth and ultimate acquisition for McKibbon Earnings Fund I.

Positioned in Tampa’s Westshore Enterprise District, the all-suites, pet-friendly resort affords 149 guestrooms and greater than 1,800 sq. ft of versatile assembly area. Facilities embody an out of doors pool and sizzling tub, health heart, complimentary each day breakfast, onsite parking, and airport shuttle service.
