CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, and CHICAGO, Illinois—Barings and Waterton introduced a three way partnership to recapitalize two present Outbound Hotels, The Virginian Lodge in Jackson, Wyoming, and Outbound Stowe in Stowe, Vermont.

This announcement follows the partnership’s earlier acquisition of the Poco Diablo Resort in Sedona, Arizona, which shall be rebranded as Outbound Sedona, slated to open within the second quarter of 2026. The three properties are a part of Waterton’s hospitality model Outbound Accommodations, a set of life-style inns and experiences situated in outside locations throughout the USA.
