BETHESDA, Maryland—Marriott International introduced that it has signed an settlement with Kemmons Wilson Hospitality Companions (“KWHP”) to deliver The Resort at Kapalua Bay, a luxurious oceanfront resort positioned on Maui’s northwest coast, into the corporate’s luxurious portfolio. This settlement expands Marriott’s choices in Hawaii, with round 30 open properties and 6 within the pipeline.
