CHICAGO, Illinois—The Livingston, the primary Hyatt-branded resort in Brooklyn, New York, has debuted. Midas Hospitality and its accomplice ACRES Capital developed the 104-room upscale resort, which is a part of the JdV by Hyatt model.

“We’re delighted to carry the heat of the JdV by Hyatt model in a manner that connects with Brooklyn’s inventive power for leisure and enterprise vacationers,” mentioned Linda Eigelberger, principal and chief business officer, Midas Hospitality.
