Bielat Santore & Firm has accomplished the sale of Woody’s Ocean Grille at 1 East Church Avenue in Sea Vibrant, New Jersey and has assumed the “Woody’s” model. Richard Santore, Vice President of Bielat Santore & Firm, served because the unique dealer for the transaction.
In April 2025, Bielat Santore & Firm facilitated the sale of the Woody’s Grille location in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, which has since been rebranded because the Native Home.
RBC Hospitality Group is the brand new proprietor of Woody’s Ocean Grille. The group is led by Richard Corbo, a James Beard Basis Rising Star Chef semifinalist, and is backed by funding companions Ken and Vin Hager. Corbo has expertise at Union Sq. Café and Tribeca Grill in New York Metropolis. RBC Hospitality Group manages venues together with Bell Market in Holmdel, New Jersey, and Hoffman Estates, Illinois, in addition to the previous Corbo & Sons Osteria in Shrewsbury, New Jersey.
Woody’s Ocean Grille in Sea Vibrant will stay open seven days every week for lunch and dinner, following a quick pause for facility updates. The brand new possession workforce plans to honor Chris Wooden’s legacy and give attention to intentional cooking and seasonal components on the Sea Vibrant location.
